No Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Hope for Port-de-Paix Foundation. Your contribution helps us continue our mission of improving lives and building sustainable solutions for the community of Port-de-Paix.

As a registered nonprofit organization, all donations made to Hope for Port-de-Paix Foundation are non-refundable.

Why Donations Are Non-Refundable

• Donations are immediately allocated to our programs and services in support of our mission.

• Contributions may be considered tax-deductible charitable gifts, and refunding them could create complications for both the donor and the organization.

• This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our accounting and ensures funds are directed quickly to community needs.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds only in the following limited circumstances:

1. A duplicate donation was made in error.

2. A donation was made using a stolen or unauthorized payment method.

3. An incorrect donation amount was entered due to a processing error.

Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the donation, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
